This knit hat worked up in about 8 hours, and was made with five different acrylic yarns! I usually call pieces like this "magpie style" because I reach into my scrap bag of the fiber type being used and snag whichever yarn makes my brain go "!!! shiny!!!" when held next to the last yarn used 🤣

Acrylic yarns and other plastic based fibers shed microplastics in the wash, so I only pick up yarns in these materials second hand. I take 25% off the price an identical item would be listed at if natural fibers were used, so these listings are a bit of a steal!
